Troubleshooting

Having trouble getting your feeder kit to spin and disperse your feed?  Continue scrolling for more information on how to get back up and running, or watch our short video below.

  • Check the voltage on the battery to be sure it is a  6-Volt / 5-amp (12V 7-amp if that is what your feeder kit takes) battery
  • Hold Reset Button on Timer for 10 sec and release to reset the timer
  • Make sure spin plate is pushed down on the shaft
  • See if you can move the spin plate freely (eliminates a clogging issue)
  • Try a New Battery to be sure that the battery itself is not bad
