Identify Your Device

Not sure which FieldNode device you have?

 Use this guide to locate your device's model name or number. Depending on the product type, this information may be found on the device itself, the packaging, or in your FieldNode app.

Cameras

Traditional Cameras

Model information is typically located:

• On the back of the camera
• Or on the inside panel, once the camera is opened

Cellular Cameras

Check:

• The inside panel once opened
• Or in the FieldNode app, under the Devices page

Feeders

These typically do not include a model label. Identify your feeder by:

• Checking if its a traditional or cellular feeder
  • Traditional feeders are controlled by a timer you set.
  • Cellular Feeders, known as FEED HUB, are controlled via the FieldNode app. If you have a Cellular Feeder, please refer to the Feed Hub section.
• Comparing it to images on our website
• Reviewing your purchase confirmation email or box label
• Reaching out to Customer Service with Pictures

Spreaders

These typically do not include a model label. Identify your spreader by:

• Comparing it to images on our website
• Reviewing your purchase confirmation email or box label
• Reaching out to Customer Service with Pictures

Accessories

Accessories may or may not have a sticker or engraved marking. If marked, the label can usually be found on:

• Any outer side of the device — be sure to check all sides, including the bottom.
• Comparing it to images on our website
