Getting Started

Congratulations! Now that you have your Power Mag +, continue reading to learn how to get it up and running!

  1. Plug battery into USB-C charger using USB-C cable (not included) and charge to full capacity.
    Note: Charge time ranges from 4–14 hours depending on charger type. 6 hours is typical.

    2. While charging, LEDs will light up for 5 seconds to indicate charge level of battery. Solid LEDs represent a completed charge level. A flashing LED indicates current charge level.
      Example: If pack is at 27% when plugged in, the 1st LED will be solid and the 2nd LED will flash.
    3. Battery pack can be charged on its own or while installed in camera. If charging while installed, it could take longer to charge depending on camera usage. Refer to charge level indicator on battery pack for most accurate reading.
  2. Insert battery pack into camera and power ON.
    Note: Battery pack should insert easily when oriented properly. Make sure indicator arrows on label are pointing toward the front of the camera.
  3. Open FieldNode Mobile app and set correct power source. Tap DEVICE > select your camera from device list > tap SETTINGS > tap POWER SOURCE > set to RECHARGEABLE PACK.
    1. Press the CONNECT button on the camera to sync the app with the camera.
    2. CHECK BATTERY BUTTON: Press at any time to see charge level. LEDs will light up for 5 seconds.
