Distorted / Gray Pictures - All Traditional Cameras

Troubleshooting

Receiving gray or distorted pictures?  If so, it is being caused by your SD Card and/or batteries.  When receiving gray pictures, your card is either incompatible or has become corrupt and will need to be changed out.  When receiving distorted pictures, your batteries are getting low.  See below for recommended SD Cards and SD Card re-formatting steps.

Gray pictures caused by corrupt SD Card, distorted picture caused by low batteries:

Steps To Resolve Issue:

1.  Format your SD Card from your camera settings (delete images).

2.  Reference your camera's manual for details if necessary for this process.

3.  If you continue getting Distorted or Gray pictures after that, please try a new recommended SD Card.

Steps To Resolve Distorted Pictures:

1.  Format your SD Card from your camera settings (delete images).

2.  Reference your camera's manual for details if necessary for this process.

3.  Replace all batteries at the same time with new fresh FieldNode recommended batteries.

4.  If you continue getting distorted pictures after that, please try a new recommended SD Card.
