Troubleshooting

Your FieldNode Camera’s security code feature is designed to protect your camera from tampering and to prevent unauthorized use.  If you choose to enter a security code, it is imperative that you remember the code you have entered.  If you have forgotten your security code, we can assist you with unlocking it.  We will need the following information from you:

  • Proof of Purchase from a FieldNode Authorized Dealer
  • Camera’s Serial Number
  • Camera's Alpha/Numeric Retrieval Code

 

To access the retrieval code, follow the steps below:

  • PRESS THE MODE/MENU BUTTON
  • PRESS THE MODE/MENU BUTTON AGAIN
  • PRESS THE ARROW UP BUTTON
  • PRESS THE ARROW DOWN BUTTON
  • PRESS THE MODE/MENU BUTTON
  • PRESS THE MODE/MENU BUTTON AGAIN
  • PRESS ENTER/OK

Once complete, your camera should display your alpha/numeric retrieval code. Please give our team a call, or chat with us, and we will assist you with the next steps. If you do not have your proof of purchase, then please call us directly for further assistance.
