DELTA BASE: Distorted or Gray Pictures

Troubleshooting

Receiving gray or distorted pictures?  If so, it is being caused by your SD Card.  Your card is either incompatible or has become corrupt and will need to be changed out.  See below for recommended SD Cards and SD Card re-formatting steps.

Gray pictures caused by corrupt SD Card, distorted picture caused by low batteries:

Steps To Resolve Issue:

  1. Format your SD Card from your camera settings in your FieldNode App.  Once you toggle the Format SD Card option ON, your camera will erase the data from the card on it's next check in.
  2. If you continue getting Distorted or Gray pictures after 24 hours, use a new SD Card.
