Plan Actions
With FieldNode managing your plan has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, reactivate an existing camera, or cancel your service for the off-season, please see below for more information on how to manage your plan(s) effectively.
Activating a Device
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Select “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Select "Activate Device".
- Follow through the activation flow.

From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
- From the options, select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select "Activate Device" and follow through the prompts.
Viewing Your Plan Allotment & Purchasing Additional Image/Video Uploads
Please note that this is where you purchase additional images or videos for your Cellular Camera to upload, NOT for our image import feature. For that information, click here.
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Select "Manage Subscriptions"
- Go to the Device Subscriptions page.
- Select the device you want to view your plan allotment on
- View your data allotment
- If you wish to purchase more images or videos, select the button next to the appropriate selection then follow through the prompts.

From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
- From the options, select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the device you wish to view the plan allotment details for and/or how to purchase additional ones.
- To view your plan allotment, check the "Pictures Used" and "Videos Used".
- After that, select to purchase more images/videos if needed.
Changing a Plan
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Go to the Manage Subscriptions page.
- Go to the Device Subscriptions page.
- Select the device you want to change.
- Land on the plan info page and click “Manage plan”
- Land on the Manage plan page and click “Change Plan” and choose a new plan (upgrade or downgrade).
- Complete the change plan flow.

From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
- From the options, select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the device you wish to change the plan on, then select "Manage Plan," then follow through the prompts to change the plan.
Cancelling a Plan
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Go to the Manage Subscriptions page.
- Go to the Device Subscriptions page.
- Select the device you want to change.
- Land on the plan info page and click “Manage plan”
- Land on the Manage plan page and click “Cancel Plan”.
- Complete the cancel plan flow.

From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
- From the options, select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the device you wish to change the plan on, then select "Manage Plan," then follow through the prompts to cancel the plan.
Undo a Cancelled Plan
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Go to the Manage Subscriptions page.
- Go to the Device Subscriptions page.
- Select the device you want to undo the cancellation for.
- Next hit UNDO on the pending cancellation banner.
From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your Devices option at the top.
- Select the device you wish to undo the cancellation on, then select "UNDO"
- Then continue the process of undoing the cancellation request>
- Select the device you wish to undo the cancellation on, then select "UNDO"
Reactivating a Device
From the App:
- Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.
- Go to the Manage Subscriptions page and select "Cancelled Device Subscriptions" .
- Select the device you want to reactivate.
- Complete the reactivation plan flow.

From the Website:
- Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
- From the options, select "Cancelled Subscriptions".
- Select the desired device then select to reactivate it and follow through the prompts.
