How to Manage Your Account

While managing your account, you can edit your profile, view invoices, manage your subscriptions, and update your billing information. For information on how to complete these actions, please read below.

 

Creating an Account:

Once you have your FieldNode Cellular Camera, it’s time to create an account.  This will allow you to activate your new device so it can begin sending pictures to your account.

 

From the App

1.  Search for 'FieldNode' in the App Store, or Google Play Store.

2.  Download the FieldNode app and open it.

3.  Tap 'Create Account' at the bottom of the screen.

4.  Follow the step-by-step instructions.

 

From the Website

1.  Go to web.moultriemobile.com

2. Select 'Create Account' at the bottom of the screen.

3.  Follow the step-by-step instructions.

Change Profile Information:

Please take a look below for the steps to change your profile information such as Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number.

 

From the App

  1. Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.

  2. Select "Profile", edit the desired information, and then save the updated information.

 

 

From the Website:

  1. Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
  2. From the options, select "Profile".
  3. Update the needed information and select "Save Settings".

 

View Invoices:

From the App

  1. Navigate to the web subscription management experience via the “Manage Account” button in the account menu.

  2. Select “Manage subscriptions”
  3. Select “Billing History.”
  4. View and download the invoices.

 

From the Website:

  1. Hover over the side panel on the left and select your profile icon (your Initials).
  2. From the options, select "Manage Subscriptions".
  3. Select "Billing History".
  4. Select the download arrow to download and view the invoice.
