How to Manage the Activity Feature

FieldNode's app includes a robust Activity Charting feature, allowing you to visualize the data from your photos in order to spot patterns based on a range of factors. Discovering how time of day, temperature, and moon phases affect game activity will improve your scouting efforts by using real data from your gallery to plan when and where to hunt. Continue scrolling to see how to use this FREE app feature on your next hunt!

Please be advised that users are NOT required to have an active subscription to enjoy the free activity feature. If you have images in your gallery, whether viewing a shared gallery or importing your own images, the activity feature is available to all users!

ACCESS YOUR ACTIVITY CHART

1.  From the bottom navigation menu, tap More to view additional options.

2.  Then tap Activity to open the feature.

3.  Time, Temperature and Moon Phase graphs will be displayed based on the last 30 days of activity. To edit the date range, or filter by a specific camera, tap the Filter icon in the top right.

4.  Tap View Details to see more info about that specific category (in the example below it's Temperature).

5.  Using the example below, there were 24 photos taken during the last 7 days where the temperature was between 50-60 degrees. Tapping the column will reveal which cameras took those pictures, and what Smart Tags were detected in them.

HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR REPORTING VIA SMART TAGS

Every time your camera uploads a picture to the app our AI program searches the picture to find any specific characteristics such as Deer, Buck, Doe, Turkey, Person, Vehicle, Bobcat, Coyote, Bear, and Hog.  If a characteristic is found, it will tag the photo.  The AI is constantly improving and you can help it learn!  Simply go to the details of a specific picture and tell the AI if they got it correct by clicking YES or NO.
